End User License Agreement

Effective: 2026-08-13

By installing or using the Viva Social mobile application (the “App”) you accept the following End User License Agreement (“EULA”) with Technology Advantages LLC (“we,” “us”).

1. Apple Licensed Application EULA (iOS only)

On iOS this EULA incorporates Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”) by reference. To the extent any provision of this EULA conflicts with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA controls for the iOS version of the App.

2. License grant

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

3. Restrictions

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• You may not use the App to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person.
• You may not scrape, mirror, or otherwise extract data about other users from the App.

4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

You agree that there is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on Viva Social. Objectionable content includes nudity and sexually explicit material, content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory, content that depicts or promotes violence, illegal activity, solicitation or trafficking, content that sexualises a minor in any way, and impersonation of any person.

By using the App you agree that you will not post, send, or transmit objectionable content, and that you will not harass, threaten, stalk, defraud, or abuse any other user. You agree that we may remove any content and terminate any account that breaches this term, immediately, without notice, and at our sole discretion.

We provide tools to enforce this and you agree to use them: every profile and conversation carries a report control with categories including child safety, and a block control that takes effect immediately. Reports are reviewed by our trust and safety team within 24 hours, and child safety reports are reviewed ahead of everything else. Content that breaches this term is removed and the responsible account is ejected. See our Community Guidelines and Child Safety Standards.

5. Identity verification

Selfie verification is optional and is processed by Stripe Identity under Stripe’s privacy notice. By submitting a selfie you consent to that processing as described in our Privacy Policy and our Biometric Data Policy.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate this EULA, our Terms, or our Community Guidelines. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account in the App.

7. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
